Wednesday June 9, 2010A Minute with Andrew Beliveau
Andrew Beliveau is what you’d call an Adler veteran. He’s been with the company for 9 years and is now the Regional Manager for Saskatchewan. Fresh out of highschool (and a fizzled career at a pizza joint) Andrew joined the crew at Adler Insulation, hoping to be among like-minded individuals and start a rewarding career. At the young age of 18, he only saw potential in the company he now calls his family.
When he’s not working hard, he’s playing hard; Andrew and a couple of motivated coworkers recently started practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He also enjoys watching mixed martial arts and golfing.
As of the end of August, Andrew will have another participant in his sports endeavors: his new baby boy. He and his wife Nicole (also part of the Adler family) are very excited but are keeping mum on the subject of baby names. Congratulations Andrew and Nicole – we’re saving a spot for Baby Boy Beliveau on our team!

Adler Passes COR Audit
Another COR Audit has come and gone and a big "Congrats!” goes out to everyone at Adler Insulation for their hard work and dedication to the keeping our family at Adler safe and healthy.
The Certificate of Recognition (COR) is awarded every three years to companies in the construction industry through the Alberta Construction Safety Association in partnership with WCB’s Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR) program. The COR is given to “employers who have a health and safety management system that meets a standard set by Alberta Employment and Immigration.”* Adler continues to excel in the PIR program, COR Audits and all of the other measurement techniques used to reduce workplace injuries and keep employees and employers safe. Keep up the good work!

Camping Season is Here!
Camping season has arrived in Alberta; you can tell by the fresh spring air, the goofy look on the animals’ faces and, of course, the snow…? Anyway, here are a couple of camping tips from Adler Insulation on what NOT to do on your summer adventures.

DON'T forget to pack proper camping gear.
Pants are optional.

DON'T forget rain gear.
Alberta weather can be a tad unpredictable. (Just a little...)

DON'T forget essentials.
The essentials apparently being two flats of beer and a pillow.
